Statement by NIST About Its WTC Investigation and Access to Information from Silverstein Properties The
information collected and documented by World Trade Center leaseholder
Silverstein Properties on the events at the World Trade Center complex
on Sept. 11, 2001, has been offered by the firm to NIST for use
in the agency's building and fire safety investigation of the disaster.
NIST has been working with Silverstein representatives to arrange
for the review and transfer of these materials to NIST. NIST is
